We take any allegations or misinformation labeling IJMABER as a "predatory journal" very seriously. Such unfounded and defamatory claims are not only damaging to the reputation of the journal, its editors, and contributors, but may also constitute grounds for legal action under applicable laws relating to defamation and reputational harm. We reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against any party or entity that disseminates false, misleading, or defamatory information about our journal without factual basis.
